2.5 Account Non-Transferability. phlove22 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlove22 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. phlove22 will never ask you for your password via any channel.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your phlove22 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phlove22 support immediately via live chat. phlove22 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Debit cards are also accepted. phlove22 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phlove22 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. phlove22 processes withdrawal requests within one to three business hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when KYC verification is pending.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. phlove22 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals.
4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 6.3 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact phlove22 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. phlove22 will investigate and provide a resolution based on its game logs, which are the definitive record of all game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlove22 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of phlove22, you should first contact phlove22 support to seek an informal resolution. phlove22 will endeavor to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
phlove22 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of phlove22 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
